Hancock Central School District
Hancock, NY 13783

                        RE: FOIL Request

Dear Mr. Dillon:

I did not receive any response from you regarding my April 22,
1998 letter to you about the proposed school-based clinic.

Under the provisions of the New York Freedom of Information Law,
Article 6 of the Public Officers Law, I hereby request any and
all records or portions thereof pertaining to a proposed school-
based clinic within the Hancock Central School District.

This request is meant to include, but is not limited to, records
of any relative votes, minutes, correspondence, or studies
regarding needs, cost-effectiveness, financing after initial
grant, medical liability, and impact upon the school's primary
mission of education.

As you know, the Freedom of Information Law requires that an
agency respond to a request within five business days of receipt
of a request. Therefore I would appreciate a response as soon
as possible and look forward to hearing from you shortly.

Please let me know where and when I could examine any records
relative to my request and if for any reason any portion of my
request is denied, please inform me of the reasons for the
denial in writing and provide the name and address of the person
or body to whom an appeal should be directed.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
